COVID-19 Shipping Delays
Due to the ongoing shipping delays with USPS, FedEx, and UPS due to COVID-19, tracking may or may not show movement for a few (or more) days, even after the package has been dropped off or initially scanned. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date for any order at this time. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Standard shipping fee amount is available and the shipping fee amount will be based on the items in your order and your location.
Your Shipping Address
Please verify that your shipping address is correct during checkout AND once you receive the order confirmation. If you notice that your address is wrong, please let us know within 1 hour of placing your order.
We submit orders to our production partners within 2 hours after we receive your order. Once we have submitted the order to our production partners, it is very difficult to get your address changed, as the shipping labels are typically printed immediately.
We will try our best to work with you if you notify us after the 1-hour mark, but we can not guarantee that your order can be redirected. You may have to work directly with the shipping carrier to have your order rerouted. We are not responsible for packages getting delivered to the wrong address due to an error on your part.
If an item is returned to us as "undeliverable", you will be responsible for paying shipping costs to have it reshipped to you. Orders will not be refunded during this situation.
We utilize production partners that take our designs and transform them into physical products using their high-quality production processes.

You will receive a shipping notification once your order has shipped. It may take a few days before the tracking shows any movement.
Shipping Multiple Items
We use production partners to help with fulfillment, so there is a possibility that items in your order may arrive separately if it contains more than one item.
Some items may qualify for upgraded shipping. There will be an option to select upgraded shipping for eligible items during checkout.
If you purchase an item that is eligible for upgraded shipping with an item that is not eligible, then only the eligible item will ship with the upgraded shipping. The non-eligible item will ship as standard mail. To avoid confusion, we recommend ordering upgraded shipping items separately from the standard shipping items.
Busy Season/Holiday Delays
Processing and shipping times may be increased due to the volume of orders during the back-to-school and holiday season. Please allow extra time for processing and/or shipping.
We are not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier will not be replaced or refunded. We are happy to assist with verifying the delivery address of the order with the shipping carrier, however, we are not responsible for the outcome.
